Application Process
Belmond Community Apartments has a screening process for all applicants. Anyone interested to rent an apartment must complete an application including references, and submit to the on-site Manager for processing. A copy of each applicant’s social security card or birth certificate must be included, along with a photo ID. If no apartments are available at the time an application is submitted and approved, names can be added to a waiting list.
