We are very satisfied. The apartments are handy for walkers. Some apartments have outside doors and hallway doors which works out nicely. We can go out and play cards anytime, and we couldn't do that if we were in our own home.

It is less expensive than living on your own. There are great maintenance people here. Everyone is so friendly. It's so easy to visit with people. You don't have to be alone.

My mother is Doris Greenwood and she has been living at the Leinbach retirement Center since 1993. She decided to move there because she no longer wanted the up keep of a house. She has enjoyed it so much and we could not be any happier about having a place like it for her. We have found that the center is a family in itself. It seems that they have activities going on that you can be involved with as much or as little as you want. Our mother has been known too have stayed up pretty late for a good game of cards with her friends! We also appreciate the fact that she does not need to worry about having a vehicle for doctor or any other appointments because they supply a care car for all residents. We are just thankful that she is in a place where she is comfortable and secure and when she comes to visit us she doesn't need to worry about leaving her home.We do get in trouble with her card group if we keep her to long though.I feel that everyone seems to help watch over each other just like a family would. We just couldn't be happier with the staff and the facility that the center has provided for the community.
